Colectivos Vip is a service that has contracted a promoting entity (company, association, etc.) to which you belong and in which you participate as a member. Therefore, as a user, by using this website you authorise Colectivos Vip to exchange information with said entity, so that it has statistical knowledge through the Site itself of the members that use the aforementioned services, as well as users who unsubscribe from Colectivos Vip. Likewise, access to the service offered by Colectivos Vip is subject to the user remaining a member of the promoting entity.

Access, registration and use of this website is voluntary and free of charge for the user. The condition of registered user is assigned to anyone who accesses the website.

The portal is subject to the terms and conditions specified below. Registration on the website implies the express acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Definitions:

Website: Pages owned by Colectivos Vip, hosted under various domains through which the promotions offered by our suppliers are offered.

Offer or promotion: Offers or promotions from our suppliers, which will be ultimately subject to their own terms and conditions and which are disclosed through the website.

Vip Account: The Vip Account is a virtual money box in which euros are accumulated from some of the online purchases that appear on the Colectivos Vip website. You can use the euros in your Vip Account to purchase other promotions or request a commission-free transfer of the balance to your personal current account.

Balance confirmation period: Time that elapses from when the user completes the purchase until the supplier confirms to Colectivos Vip that it has been carried out correctly and that the amount of the discount can be transferred to the user's Vip Account. This period can vary depending on each supplier and the individual circumstances of the purchase, such as the check-out date in the case of hotel reservations.

Confirmed balance: State of the transaction, where the supplier has confirmed to Colectivos Vip that the user has correctly completed the purchase, enabling reimbursement of the percentage discounts due for the purchases made.

Suppliers: brands with which Colectivos Vip has reached an agreement to offer preferential discounts through our website.

Purpose of the service:

Colectivos Vip provides offers and promotions from suppliers to the Registered User, through the website, offering conditions that are more advantageous than normal market conditions. The user must always access and purchase said offers and promotions through the Colectivos Vip website.

Terms and conditions of use

The user must register on the website and must have cookies enabled. Once these requirements have been met, simply click on the desired promotion, which can be made effective through any of the possible forms of payment that are available.

The particular terms and conditions of each promotion will specify the applicable payment method, which may be any of the following:

Online purchase: Purchases are made on the supplier's website. By clicking on the "purchase online" button, the system redirects you to the selected online shopping website. For some offers, you must enter the promotional code that appears in the details of the offer to apply the discount.

Direct purchase: purchases are made directly from the club website. Simply click on “direct purchase” to open the selected product's purchasing page.

Coupon: Discounts printed on paper, to be redeemed in physical stores. To access these purchases, you must be able to identify yourself as the beneficiary by showing the printed coupon and a valid form of identification.

Mobile coupon: Discount coupons on mobile telephones, redeemable in physical stores. To access these purchases, you must be able to identify yourself as the beneficiary by showing the mobile coupon and a valid form of identification.

Cashback: When making the purchase, the user will pay the normal purchase price and the applicable percentage discount will subsequently be credited to the user's Vip Account. At this time, the user can decide the destination of this amount; whether it will be applied to subsequent purchases or credited to a current account. If the second option is chosen, the user must bear in mind that the minimum transfer amount is €10.

If the purchase is made directly from the App or website of the supplier itself, the discount will not be applicable to the purchase, so this amount will not be reflected in the user's Vip Account.

All the promotions offered by Colectivos Vip are subject to the terms and conditions established by the final supplier, which must be carefully read by the user before making the purchase.

The suppliers of Colectivos Vip are all of solid financial standing. However, any discrepancy that may arise due to the service provided by the supplier must be resolved between the user and the supplier because Colectivos Vip does not intervene in the commercial relationship between the user and the supplier.

Obligations of the user:

The user undertakes to use the service provided by Colectivos Vip following the instructions specified in these terms and conditions and in accordance with current legal provisions.

The user undertakes to use the service offered by Colectivos Vip as well as the contents provided on the Website in good faith and in an appropriate manner, and not to use them to conduct illegal activities or activities that may cause harm to third parties.

Voluntary subscription cancellation by the user:

The user can unsubscribe from the service offered by Colectivos Vip at any time by sending an email to info@colectivosvip.com or by calling (+34) 902002080, specifying his/her express desire to unsubscribe from the service.

The user shall also be responsible for requesting the redemption of the confirmed amount in his/her Vip Account prior to his/her request to unsubscribe from the service.

Once the user's subscription cancellation request has been received, Colectivos Vip will cancel the user's service within 48 hours.

Effects of voluntary subscription cancellation by the user:

Once the subscription cancellation has been processed, Colectivos Vip cannot guarantee under any circumstances that this situation can be reversed or that you can recover any amounts pending in your Vip Account that you had not previously requested.

Cancellation of the service by the contracting companies:

If for any reason the promoter of the programme decides to terminate the contractual relationship with Colectivos Vip, or it will end due to the causes foreseen in the contract itself, users will receive an informative communication of this situation by Colectivos Vip or the company promoting the programme and may request, within 30 days from the date of receipt thereof, the refund of the total confirmed amount that they still had in their Vip Account, through the channels detailed in the section "Voluntary subscription cancellation by the user".

Lack of knowledge of the content of the informative communication by users shall not be applicable once the period established in the previous paragraph has elapsed, as the end-of-service date shall not change, irrespective of whether the user has read the communication or not. This means that if there are confirmed balances for which the refund has not been requested or if there are still unconfirmed amounts at the end of the established period, they will not be recoverable.

Once Colectivos Vip has received the request for the refund of the confirmed amount, which will appear as pending recovery in the Vip Account of the requesting users, it shall undertake to reimburse said amount within 72 hours, subtracting from this amount any banking and administration fees applicable to the transaction.

Right of exclusion:

Colectivos Vip reserves the right to withdraw and/or deny, without prior notice, access to the service to users in the event that they make improper or fraudulent use thereof.

Guarantee and liability:

With regards to the purchasing or contracting of products and services, as a direct commercial relationship is established between the suppliers and the user, Colectivos Vip shall not be held liable for possible breaches incurred by any supplier, or for possible non-conformities of products or services that they market. Each supplier has its own terms and conditions of sale, so it is recommended to read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

Colectivos Vip shall be obliged to pay the applicable difference in the event of the erroneous publication of an offer or promotion by Colectivos Vip with regards to the percentage or amount of the discount to be applied by a supplier, provided that the user does not act in bad faith, the amount does not exceed fifty euros and 5% of the total discount of the purchase and the user has not received notices that indicate a different discount amount from Colectivos Vip or from the supplier.

In the event that the user withdraws from the purchase or service contracted with our suppliers, Colectivos Vip will not accumulate a corresponding discount in the Vip Account of the registered user, or will discount it from the same if it has already taken place.

On this website, the user can find links to other web pages, mainly from suppliers, through banners, links or other types of button that are managed by third parties. Colectivos Vip is not responsible for the content provided by other websites to which links are established from this Site. Therefore, Colectivos Vip assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any aspect related to such Web pages that are linked from this Site, nor guarantees that such links may be free of viruses or other elements that may damage the user's computer systems or files.

Likewise, Colectivos Vip does not assume any responsibility for the contents of the Web pages that may contain links to this Website or refer to it that include opinions on the Colectivos Vip Site and that may mislead users of said web pages about the services provided by Colectivos Vip.
